Dans les années 80, KITT voyageait à travers le pays et se présentait dans les centres commerciaux locaux, les Autoramas et les salons automobiles World of Wheels. La voiture exposée était généralement accompagnée d'une boucle audio dans laquelle KITT parlait de ses différentes fonctions. Voici ce clip audio, interprété par William Daniels lui-même et enregistré en 1983 ! D'une durée de 7 minutes.

KITT car show audio

This is truly amazing. I always remembered this loop from when I saw KITT in Buffalo NY in, I want to say 1988 ish. I always wanted a copy of it. It brings me back. My mom took me to the convention center and from the moment I got there I took off running towards KITT. No other car there mattered to me. I saw his scanner and heard the audio loop. I was in a trance. The car I watched and loved now in front of me and the audio loop playing. I could have stayed there all day! Having this brings me back to such a happy time. One man or one audio loop can make a difference.
Thank you Knight Rider Historians for making this a reality. You guys are truly amazing!!
